An MLS, or Multiple Listing Service, is a private database used by Realtors to exchange information about homes for sale. The goal of the database is to unite home buyers with home sellers.
As soon as you say you would like us to represent you, we will publish the details of your home in the MLS database so other Realtors can find it. This information is immediately available to over 13,000 Realtors in the NWMLS. Over 90% of all buyers are working with a Realtor.
Photograph your property for a variety of advertisements, listings in magazines, and for multiple websites. We will build a photo gallery of your home for the MLS site for Realtors to view your home inside and out.
Publish in magazines and newspapers in our area

Staying in touch
It is our belief that you should always be aware of the current status of your home sale.
In addition to regular conversations, I will inform you of the results of advertising and the response it has generated. The automated keybox system records which agent has shown your house and when. Once your home is shown, we are automatically notified via the miracle of technology. Once notified, we will contact the buyer’s agent for feedback and forward their responses via email to the seller. This is the purest form of buyer and agent feedback. After four weeks we will perform a thorough marketing review, and consider any necessary price adjustments after analyzing viewer responses during showings. In the end the buyer determines the actual value.
