A PERSONAL STATEMENT

Chris Smith has practiced full time residential real estate in the Seattle/Bellevue area since April 1990. Prior to selling real estate, Chris graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and worked as a chef in such exotic places as St. Croix, USVI and Kapalua, Maui. Chris also married in 1990 and now enjoys cooking at home for two plus for an occasional dinner party. Chris says his other loves are golf, skiing, and travel which take up most of his spare time.

I thrive in an environment of continuous learning, creativity, and relationship building. My sense of success depends on my ability to teach others and help them achieve their goals. My greatest satisfaction is seeing the look in my clients eyes when I find them a house better than they expected, sell a home faster than anticipated, or surmount an unexpected hurdle.

MY APPROACH

“Purchasing a home is one of the largest financial investments you will ever make”, a decision that is important to trust to professional hands. I have seen too many people base their purchase and sales decisions on emotion. My approach is to work as your Personal Real Estate Consultant, always there to provide you with the information you need to make reasonable, rational decisions. I want to turn you into an advocate of mine by providing world class service in a “no pressure environment”. The best way to do that is by serving as your professional consultant. Your wants and needs are my number one priority.
